for live events: This is a live entertainment event. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen events happen, but due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception. NO refunds, we can give you a full credit for up to 1 year of giving your 100.00 deposit (PRIVATE parties) to reschedule your party for any other time of the year.
